Welcome to the West Deptford Middle School Library. The library has over 22,000 items, reference, non-fiction, biography, and fiction, including an extensive paperback collection. The librarian can assist you in research or in choosing materials for recreational reading.
If the library does not have a title you want, please suggest it as materials are selected with your needs in mind. Ask whenever you need assistance.
Guidelines
There are a few things to know about the library:

No food, drinks, or gum in the library.

Use a quiet voice.

The library is currently being used as a study hall during all lunch periods.
Hours
Monday thru Friday - Library hours are 8:15am - 2:47pm
Checking Out Materials
Two (2) items may be checked out at one time and books can be renewed for one month. Ask at the desk if you have a special need. Reference materials are used in the library.
Overdues
It is your responsibility to return materials before the due date. There are no overdue fines, but lost or damaged items must be paid for.
We encourage you to have a library card for the public library and to use it to find resources that we do not have at school. The Public Library website ( www.westdeptford.lib.nj.us ) has QandAnj.org with a live librarian to help answer questions. Another good online source is Jersey Clicks. Interlibrary loan is also available and should be requested at the information desk.
