6th Grade Mathematics
This is going to be a great year in Math! Students will start to make the transition to Algebra based mathematics. Students will start to explore working with expressions and equations. We will also work on problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
About me
Hi! My name is Tom Shown and I have been a math teacher for over 16 years! I am extremely excited for this school year. Things have been very challenging, but we are going to have a great time in Math Class this year! I teach 6th Grade Math, 6th Advanced, 6th Accelerated, and Foundations! Ms. Jil Sperduto is my co-teacher for part of the day.
